Noé Bach is a DOP graduated from La Fémis. Right after school, he started to work as a cinematographer on various short films. For 4 years now, Noé Bach has been increasingly in demand for feature films and many of his projects have been awarded in multiple festivals. He recently joined the AFC, the French Association of Cinematographers.

Parmi nous (Animalia), his second collaboration with the director Sofia Alaoui, just got selected at Sundance Film Festival 2023 for World Cinema Dramatic Competition. The film follows Itto, as she nears the end of her pregnancy, finding her life turned upside down by a supernatural event.

Their first collaboration was the short film Qu'importe si les Bêtes Meurent (So What if Goats Die). This one too was positively welcomed by the critics. It won the Best Short film award at César Awards 2021, and the Short Film Grand Jury Prize at Sundance Festival 2020. This project is one of those that gave Noé a worldwide visibility.

Noé Bach accompanied the director Guillaume Gouix on his first feature film Amore Mio. The film is about two sisters taking an improvised road trip which will make them rediscover each other and relearn freedom. This film won the Young Jury Prize at the International Film Festival of Saint-Jean-de-Luz 2022 and will be released the 1st of February.

Les Amours d'Anaïs (Anaïs in Love) is a movie directed by Charline Bourgeois-Tacquet, that's been nominated for La Semaine de la Critique at Cannes's Festival 2021 and won the Jury Award for Best First Feature Narrative at Melbourne Queer Film Festival 2021.

LES AMOURS D'ANAÏS (ANAÏS IN LOVE) - CHARLINE BOURGEOIS-TACQUET

Noé Bach's skills have led him to win an award for Best Cinematography at 2020's Tallinns Black Nights Film Festival for his work on La Terre des Hommes (Beasts). The film was directed by Naël Marandin and received a great reception at various others festivals, including Busan International Film Festival 2020 (Best film) or Mons International Festival of Love Films 2021 (Audience Award).

LA TERRE DES HOMMES (BEASTS) - NAËL MARANDIN

He is behind the beautiful photography of Les Sans-Dents (The Voiceless), a social and poetic movie directed by Pascal Rabaté. The story features a small clan of people living happily in the underworld of a rubbish dump, until the police discovers their illegal existence. Produced by Loin Derrière l’Ouraland starring Yolande Moreau and Gustave Kervern.

LES SANS-DENTS (THE VOICELESS) - PASCAL RABATE

Noé Bach worked on Une Femme du Monde (Her Way) with the director Cécile Ducrocq. In this film, Laure Calamy plays the role of a prostitute, an independent and militant woman who is ready to do anything to ensure her son's future.

Noé Bach just finished working on 66.5, a Canal + series, created by Anne Landois, directed by Danielle Arbid and Keren Ben Rafael, and produced by Sortilèges Productions He is an experienced cinematographer with a promising career. Feel free to contact his agent Yahn Jeannot.
