Spanish director Carlos Vermut‘s new feature film Mantícora will have its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival, in the non competitive Contemporary World Cinema section. Shot by Alana Mejía Gonzalez, the film tells the story of Julián, a successful video game designer whose life is overshadowed by a secret, but the arrival of Diana in his daily life finally gives him the impression that happiness may be within his reach.
