The short film À Travers Irène directed by Paul Tandonnet will be screened on January 16 at 8pm at the festival C’est Pas La Taille Qui Compte (Cinéma 5 Caumartin in Paris).
Let yourself be carried away by the gripping images filmed by director of photography Alexandra de Saint Blanquat. The film plunges us into the life of Irène Curie in 1917. The young radiographer wants to make herself useful on the front, but struggles to convince people of the benefits of this new technology. Her encounter with a superstitious stretcher-bearer will however change her perception of her commitment. This drama is produced by WL Productions and stars Lucie Rouxel, Finnegan Oldfield and Igor Kovalsky.
