Two People Exchanging Saliva, beautifully shot by cinematographer Alexandra De Saint Blanquat,, is officially nominated for Best Fiction Short Film at the César Awards.
Directed by Alexandre Singh and Natalie Musteata and produced by Misia Films, the film unfolds in a dystopian society where kissing is punishable by death and everyday transactions are sealed with a slap. The story follows Angine, a disillusioned woman who becomes captivated by a salesgirl in a department store. As their forbidden closeness deepens, suspicion rises, driving desire toward an absurd and tragic outcome. The film stars  Zar Amir Ebrahimi, Luana Bajrami and Aurélie Boquien, with Vicky Krieps as as the enigmatic narrator.
