Director of photography Céline Bozon, AFC, filmed the feature film Sidonie Au Japon, selected in the Special Screenings category at the Marrakech International Film Festival.
Sidonie Perceval, a renowned French writer, mourns the death of her husband. Invited to Japan, she travels with a local publisher and gradually opens up to him. But the ghost of her husband follows Sidonie: she must let go of the past to allow herself to love again.
The movie is directed by Élise Girard and produced by Sébastien Haguenauer of 10:15! Productions. Starring Isabelle Huppert, August Diehl and Tsuyoshi Ihara.
