Featuring cinematography by Eva Sehet, AFC, Paradoxes has been selected for the Compétition Française – Série moins de 20’ at the 2026 Festival de la Fiction de La Rochelle. Episodes 1 and 2 will screen on Saturday, September 19 at 10:45 AM at CGR Le Dragon – Salle 3, in the presence of the film team. Directed by Pierre Zandrowicz and produced by Atlas V, in coproduction with ARTE France, Cosmote TV, BYRD and Imagissime, the six-part sci-fi comedy follows Roman, a depressed journalist who finds himself caught in a quantum anomaly deep in the forest. The strange zone appears to materialise the fears and inner turmoil of those who enter it, forcing Roman to confront his own demons alongside scientist Léa in an attempt to save the world. Starring Xavier Lacaille, Zita Hanrot, Oussama Kheddam, Nora Hamzawi and Philippe Dusseau.
