Take a look at Todd & The Toad, a short film shot by cinematographer Jan Prahl, BVK. Directed by Julia Mücke and produced by Doity Produktion Gmbh, the film follows Todd, a socially anxious man who panics at the idea of finally meeting Polly, a girl he has been talking to online. Desperate to escape the pressure, he takes a strange turn that leads him into a surreal therapy session with Juan Carlos, a hallucinated psychologist determined to confront his fears. Mixing quirky humor, sharp dialogue and emotional insight, the film explores anxiety, vulnerability and the difficult but necessary steps toward connection. Starring Lewis Edridge and Ina Vöhringer.
