We are excited to announce that the film Hanami, featuring exquisite set designs under the direction of the art director Mathé, ADC, has been selected for the Cineasti del Presente category at the 77th Locarno Film Festival and will be screened in August. Directed by Denise Fernandes and produced by Alina Film, O Som e a Fúria, and RSI Radiotelevisione Svizzera, this film tells a compelling story set on a remote volcanic island that everyone wishes to leave, where young Nana discovers the value of staying home. The cast includes Sanaya Andrade, Daílma Mendes, Alice Da Luz, Nha Nha Rodrigues, and Yuta Nakano.
