The series Paradoxes, brought to life through the refined eye of cinematographer Eva Sehet, AFC, has been officially selected in the Short Form Competition at the 2026 edition of Canneseries, running from April 23 to 28. Directed by Pierre Zandrowicz and produced by Atlas V, the story follows Roman, a disillusioned journalist who encounters a strange phenomenon deep within a forest, where people’s fears begin to take physical form. Alongside Léa, a determined scientist, he must confront his own demons while uncovering a threat that could extend far beyond the forest. The cast features Xavier Lacaille, Zita Hanrot, Oussama Kheddam, Nora Hamzawi, Philippe Dusseau and Bertrand Goncalves.
