Don’t miss the screening of an episode from the series Le Rouge et le Noir, beautifully lensed by cinematographer Patrick Ghiringhelli, at the 2026 edition of Canneseries. The screening will take place on April 24th from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Auditorium Jean Mineur and will be followed by a conversation with the director, the screenwriter, the producer, and members of the cast. Directed by Gaël Morel and produced by Siècle Productions, the series brings to life the tragic destiny of Julien Sorel, an ambitious and tormented young man torn between two women as different as they are complementary, Louise de Rênal and Mathilde de La Mole, a conflict that ultimately seals his fate. Notably, the series is adapted from the iconic novel by Stendhal. The cast features Victor Belmondo, Camille Razat, Virginie Ledoyen, Patrick Timsit, Patrick Mille, Romane Bohringer, Théo Cholbi, Zoé Adjani, Sophie Guillemin and Fred Testot.
