El Castillo, beautifully shot by cinematographers Alana Mejía González and Diego Cabezas, will premiere on Movistar Plus+ on October 8, following its world premiere out of competition in the Official Selection at the San Sebastián International Film Festival. Directed by Elena Martín Gimeno and Sandra Romero, the six-part crime series explores the rise of prostitution networks in Spain through the intertwined stories of a young police inspector drawn into an investigation and Claudia, an 18-year-old Colombian woman who arrives in Spain hoping to build a better future. The series is produced by Movistar Plus+ in collaboration with Caballo Films and Mafalda Entertainment. Starring Raúl Arévalo, Valentina Vidal, Omar Ayuso, Laia Marull and Marc Rodríguez.
