Firas Khoury‘s feature film Alam is released today. Shot by cinematographer Frida Marzouk, the images plunge us into the life of Tamer, a young Palestinian living in Israel. To please Maysaa, he agrees to take part in a mysterious flag operation on the day before Israeli Independence Day, a day of mourning for the Palestinians.
The movie is produced by MPM Film and distributed by JHR Films.
Starring Mahmood Bakri and Sereen Khass.
Mahmoud Bakri was rewarded Best Actor and the film won the Golden Pyramid Award at the Cairo International Film Festival.
