With cinematography by Nicolas Petris, Le Charles will premiere as a special event at the 2026 Festival de la Fiction de La Rochelle. The series will screen on Wednesday, September 16 at 8:30 PM at La Coursive – Grand Théâtre, in the presence of the film team. Directed by Julien Despaux and produced by Next Episode for Prime Video and M6, the six-part thriller unfolds aboard the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle as it departs on a strategic mission in the Eastern Mediterranean. Shortly after leaving port, a female crew member is found dead and another disappears. As the mission continues and a military investigator is brought on board, another victim is discovered, turning the ship into a deadly trap where a killer, mounting tensions and an international crisis threaten both the crew and the country. Starring Élodie Yung, Alban Lenoir, Patrick Mille, Jacques Gamblin and Constance Labbé.
