We're excited to announce that the TV series The Deal, featuring cinematography by Adrien Bertolle, has been selected for the 2025 International Competition at Series Mania! Directed by Jean-Stéphane Bron and produced by Bande à Part Films, Les Films Pelléas, and Gaumont Television, the series is set in Geneva in April 2015 during USA-Iran nuclear negociations. The Deal follows Alexandra Weiss, head of the Swiss diplomatic mission, as she navigates high-stakes discussions that grow even more complicated when her former lover, Payam Sanjabi, an Iranian engineer in danger, unexpectedly returns.
