Little Girl Blue, filmed by cinematographer Noé Bach, AFC, has been nominated for a César in the Best Documentary Film and Best Editing categories, and actress Marion Cotillard has been nominated for a César for Best Actress. The movie has also been selected for the Trophée Scam du film documentaire at the Trophées du film français ceremony that will take place on February 6.
Following the death of Mona Achache’s mom, she uses cinema to understand and replay her mom’s life. The movie is directed by Mona Achache, produced by Les Films du Poisson, and features Marion Cotillard, Mona Achache, and Pierre Aussedat.
As a reminder, the film had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival 2023.
